BBC podcasts

I think the BBC podcast feeds trial should get some coverage, as it's a fairly hefty shift in how people can get their media. I haven't really looked into it much yet, but it's good to see another really simple scheme being adopted because it's simple.

How come there's no Archers? Seems like an obvious thing people want a regular installment of ...

Possibly something to do with either target audience or that the Archers is too regular? TBH, I'm not sure if each "installment" of the trialled programmes "over-writes" the previous one, as happens with their Listen Again page, but surely that would mess up their feeds? It would be cool to be able to have an omnibus feed at your listening pleasure though...

More annoyingly, Desert Island Discs isn't even on the Listen Again page, apparently due to copyright reasons (the music being played, I assume). Gah!
